What we offer for You : the Purpose of training of graduates

on the speciality "general medicine" a new theoretical and

clinical-anatomical knowledge, development of professional

abilities and skills, methods of diagnostic, curative and

operational endoscopy in surgical diseases and injuries of the

organs of the abdominal cavity and chest. Students'

knowledge and skills in clinical anatomy determines their

usage of relevant methods and surgical approach in operative

reception.

Knowing all these data will help many surgeons to avoid risks

and complications during endoscopic surgical interventions

and that way will improve treatment results.

The formation of communicative skills, legal competence on

the issues of organization of the endoscopic surgery

Obtain a knowledge, relevant to the clinical anatomy such as abdominal organs, chest cavity

Collect history, an objective examination of surgical patients. To conduct the analysis of the received information

make a plan (algorithm) of laboratory and instrumental studies and interpreting their results

Conclude appropriate differential diagnosis, formulate presumable clinical diagnosis correctly

Determine methods of treatment (conservative and operative-traditional endovideosurgical, pros and cons for their usage), the type of anesthesia

to perform the most common endovideosurgical manipulations:

introduction of Veress needle into the abdominal cavity

insufflation of C02 into the abdominal cavity introduction of trocars into the abdominal cavity

Generate skills in using endoscopic technologies and their principles Gain a practical skills using a phantoms. Obtain a knowledge and practical skills in revision of abdomen (the

lower floor of the abdominal cavity and pelvis region), using endoscopic methods.

To promote the study of students of modern literature on endoscopy. To develop in students the ability to work in a team with the

implementation of practical skills, to conduct an informed debate in the classroom with the students of group work with the audience, using visual methods in implementing of independent work of students.
