Role-based system access, audit trail, digitally secure password exchange

Users will not sacrifice ease of use for improved security IP Office offers choice of

complexity for level of security

Users expect system password not to be compromised on the network

System Management password cryptically secure

VoIP traffic secured over the WAN/Internet using embedded or external IPSec VPN encryption

Users require a log of all user account additions and modifications, particularly privilege changes and log ins/outs

Audit Trail is now available in IP Office R3.2

Users require different levels of system access for different administrators

Role-based security administration introduced in IP Office R3.2

13© 2005 Avaya Inc. Confidential. All rights reserved.
