Making a Cloud Recording in Zoom

A. Click RecordB. Choose Record to the

Cloud

Press stop when done recording

Click Yes to end recording.

In each meeting folder are the cloud recording files.

Recordings can take time to process, especially if it is long or contains multiple components (audio, video, screen sharing, chat, whiteboard).

Using the Polling Feature

Access the Zoom Web Portal to add a poll to a meeting.

Starting a Poll During a Meeting

A. Click Polls.B. If you have multiple polls, click the drop-down

menu to select the poll you want to start now.C. Click Launch Polling to start the selected poll.D. Click Edit to create a poll or edit an existing one

during the meeting.

What if I forgot to create a poll?

A. Click Polls.B. Click Add a Question and you’ll be taken directly

to the Zoom Web Portal with a new poll created for this meeting.

Students can’t see you creating the poll unless you are also sharing your screen at the same time.
