The National LCMS Youth Gathering will provide youth and adults the opportunity to come together as a community of God’s people to:

•be affirmed in their lives as God's people

•nurture their relationship with others in the church

•celebrate their salvation in Jesus Christ through Word and Sacrament

•recognize that youth ministry happens in a variety of settings in their parish, community and world

September 10, 2012 Gathering registration data may start to be entered via the Gathering website October 16 - 30, 2012Priority window for Gathering registration

January 2013Registration confirmation for groups accepted to the Gathering. Early Spring 2013Primary Adult Leaders receive Gathering hotel information Early April 2013Hotel deposit is due

Important Dates:May 1, 2013Full payment due to qualify for express registration onsite at the Gathering. Remaining payments can be made on-site in San Antonio.

Registration Fee: $295 through March 1, 2013$345 following March 1, 2013 This fee covers all Gathering program and Youth Ministry Office administrative costs; participant items such as the Gathering Bible, backpack and Post-Gathering DVD; and secondary insurance for all participants. Participants are responsible for their travel, hotel and meal costs.

GATHERING AGE REQUIREMENT … * At least 14 years old at time of Gathering (or) * Entering freshman year of high school * Will have NOT turned 21 by the Gathering
