The 'Introduction' section creates a context for the task and should be a short introductory paragraph, that introduces the PowerQuest activity. It should be written in a style that hooks and engages the learner.

ProcessThe 'Process' section should outline how the learners
will go about accomplishing the task. It is very important to make sure that it includes clear guidance or steps on how they should organize their information. The steps or guidance could include a set of questions for them to answer, or specific areas they should concentrate or reflect on.

ResourcesThe 'Resources' section should contain a list of websites,
web pages or other objects which you have found that will help your learners accomplish the task. All resources should be pre-selected by you so that learners can focus their attention on the topic rather than spending time performing Internet searches. You may also consider a blended approach whereby not all of your resources are online, they might be magazines, books, etc.

The 'PowerQuest Conclusion' section brings the PowerQuest to a close and should encourage learners to reflect on what they have achieved. Summarize what the learners will have accomplished or learned by completing this activity. You might think about including some thought provoking open questions to encourage them to extend their thinking.
