Energy Storage – Location, Basis Analysis, Supply Chain, Case Study – Gensol Engineering Ltd 2019
Learnt fundamentals of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), its necessity, applications, supply chain and basic analysis for selection
and explored the factors for success of Li‐ion battery systems for grid scale storage.
Followed by real case study for sizing and detailed analysis for BESS for a 40 MW solar project being developed for site in Sindhudurg
Distt., Maharashtra, India. This involved selecting right battery technology, sizing & selecting the number of battery packs.
Doppler Effects – Applying in Emergency Response of Nuclear Incidents – IIT Kanpur Research Paper 2019
(Under leadership of Mr SN Tripathi, HOD‐ Civil and Environment, IIT ‐Kanpur)
Analyzed the velocity of water droplets by using the principle of Doppler Effect on devices using principles of laser, optical, interference,
Doppler effect and photo multiplication and why theoretical solutions based on Bernoulli Theorem fail for compressible fluids.
Prepared a proof of concept using the low‐pressure aerosol projectile model to see impact of nuclear incident that can be developed for
high‐pressure scenarios and post nuclear incident preventive measures can be planned better.
Physics of Power Transmission‐ Using Force Diagrams and Trigonometry‐ Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited ‐ 2018
Analyzed force pattern on Transmission Tower due to its weight, conductor and wind loading
Analyzed behavior of tower as per theoretical analysis and correlating to tower test facility results
Analyzed way forward – Automation using contact‐less load cells and drones to save time and cost of testing
Energy Literacy Manual – Created Energy Literacy Manual covering topics related to energy savings, clean energy, benefits of using LED
and do’s & dont’s for daily energy usage and efficient energy consumption 2015-2019

Education Institutes - Conducted classroom sessions at schools and colleges with over 100 students in each session on Energy Literacy
Received Certificate of Appreciation from Central Electricity Regulatory Commission India (CERC) for conducting various energy literacy
initiatives 2019
Fishotherapy, a VR solution that helped patients that do physiotherapy at home in a controlled manner at fixed speeds and angles. Data
points like frequency of errors, angle of head were sent to the physiotherapist real time. Project has been trial run on a few thousands of
patients and is ready device for patients with neck and shoulder issues 2018
Intel Science Fair‐ Journey of Tech. Learning and Sustainable Contribution to Society:
Started as a fun way to learn virtual reality. Project went through multiple alterations and iterations to become best in class project;
Went through trial runs on few thousand people ;used for monitoring of particular patients for a few weeks ; Project has live analytics to help support physiotherapist in monitoring ; observing trends and recommending solutions
Results Endorsed and approved by two physiotherapists who have decided to start implementing; making it a long lasting this solution
Amazing journey from a fun project to reaching an international level competition! Awarded by Yale Science & Engineering Association and Grand Award at IRIS National Fair and also qualified for representing country at Intel Science And Engineering Fair (ISEF) at Phoenix, Arizona
A training manual to use learning of this case study is available at PACE library as well as at my website making it a sustainable solution

Mentoring for Students
Writing in Braille - Over the last six years almost every three weeks, I take in a translation in Braille of a new short story to the National
School for the Blind Library. I Hope to continue this work – using technology to make the world of literature and science more inclusive
Intel Training Initiative‐ Won multiple awards in IRIS and represented India at ISEF. I wanted my experiential learning to be useful to those
who dream to participate and win in such contest. To help such people, I prepared a training manual incorporating my journey. I have used
this manual to educate students on creating excellent project for science fairs.
Science Fiction Club‐ My passion for science fiction has driven me to form a science fiction club in my locality. Members of the club, mostly
Children and teenagers, meet on weekends and share learnings, innovations and gadgets from latest science fiction books.
Robotics Club‐ Co‐ Founded Robotics Clubs in PACE. Club members regularly debate on topics ranging from programming platforms like
Arduino, raspberry pi to machine learning and artificial intelligence and won 2nd place in WRO‐Seniors Open Category National Competition.
Model United Nations (MUN) club‐ Co‐founder of MUN club at Pace Junior Science College. The club has an objective to make students be
savvy in understanding broad global issues. Appointed as co‐chair at first mock MUN scheduled in Nov’ 2019.
