Each of you will research one new development, paying particular regard to whether or not it REALLY represents
progress; the hardware and software required; how it is used; the advantages & disadvantages of it, and how it relates to what you have
learned so far.

Some of these new technologies (Flickr, Facebook, Twitter, mobile phones etc) are banned in school. Should they be banned, or could they be used to enhance learning? Could you use them constructively, or would you be distracted too easily?
