Sum and Add Function
There is two way of adding up using function:
• This ways most useful when adding 2 Cells of 2 numbers.
• =A1+A2+A3+A4+A5But that way is really boring and take a
lot of time. This is what you should use• =SUM(A1:A5)

Multiply Formula
• Multiply Function is used for 2 things multiplying Number or Cells
• =A1*A2• =4*5

If Function
• The IF Function is manly used in test to see if the person got the question right or wrong:
• =IF(B1=5,”Well Done!”,”Fail”)• IF Cell = 5 Put Well Done! If not put Fail.

Average Formula
• The Average Function is used to show the average number.
• =AVERAGE(A1:A2)

• This sign ($) means do not change it is really useful when adding up cells or multiplying.
• =SUM(A1+$A$2)

• Conditional Formatting is good for 2 things.
• When you what a cell to automatically change colour when you type in a number.
• When some one types in a word and the text go bold.
