Filter Field Selection

Only certain fields are available to be used in building filters for list views.

Note: Account Type is not an option to be selected

Adding Fields to Filter Selection

Filter selection fields can be managed for each module.

The Layout->Search Folder can be used to change and arrange the fields available in filter creation dropdowns.

Admin->Studio->Contacts->Layouts->Search

To add fields to the Filter Selection choices, drag the field from the “Hidden” column and drop it in the “Default” column.

Conclusion

In order to modify the selection choices for filters you may adjust the available fields by:

1. Accessing the Module Via Studio2. Select the Layout->Search Folder3. Drag and Drop Fields to and from the Default
