By working together we can build a stronger force to get cancer on the agenda of governments

around the world. This requires concerted action and we each have

an important role to play.

We live in changing times!

With the internet bringing us quick and easy access to information. Attitudes are changing with the public now expecting a more realistic and comprehensive service from the health business.Accurate information, access to a second opinion, updates on new technology are now considered the norm.

To meet the challenge.

Leading activists from the five continents who had been exchanging signals for some time, were facilitated by the UICC to meet in Washington DC at the UICC World Conference in July 2006, to discuss and consider the benefits, if any, of collaboration.
