Further to my briefing in August when I informed you of the arrangements for advertising the post of depute Principal, I am delighted to announce that after a competitive selection process. Alex Craig has been appointed as the Depute Principal for the City of Glasgow College.
Alex will assume his post with immediate effect and will have executive responsibility for Performance, People and Change and Strategic Responsibility for Learning and Teaching.
I hope you will continue to give Alex your full support as he takes up this exciting and challenging role and that the College can continue to work towards providing a world-class experience for our students.

Delivery of 1 st year Higher National Diploma (HND) Engineering – units:
Marine Propulsion, Engineering Mathematics, Auxiliary Thermo dynamics; Statics & Strength of Materials; Engineering drawing; Dynamics & Machines, Safety Engineering and the environment; Heat engine principles, Electrical and Electronic devices; Marine Motors & generators; Ship constructions; Naval Architecture; Unit 1 graded examination.
English Language – cadets to obtain IELTS 5.5 standards.
MNTB – Workshop Skills
