This is to inform you that the 27‘“ Annual General Meeting (27m AGM) of the Members of the

Winsome Breweries Limited will be held on Monday the 30m Day of September 2019 at

11.00 AM. at the Registered office of the Company at Village— Sarehkhurd, TehsiI-Tijara,District Alwar, Rajasthan 301001 .Please find enclosed herewith a copy of the Annual Reportof the Company for the Financial Year 2018-19 and Notice of 27m AGM alongwithAddendum thereof.

Also to inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Register of the

Company shall remain closed for the period from 22"" September 2019 to 30' September2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 27m Annual General Meeting.

Pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements)

Regulation, 2015, the Company is providing e—voting facility to the members. The cut—off

date for the purpose of determining members for remote e-voting facility is Monday,23rd September, 2019. The remote e-voting period shall commence from Friday,27‘h September, 2019 at 09:00 AM and end on Sunday 29‘h September, 2019 at 05:00 PM.
