PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK

• Create a pedestrian plaza between the football and baseball fields • Relocate practice field and track & field events (long jump, pole vault, and shot put) • Relocate/reconstruct tennis courts (2) and basketball courts (4) • Provide new parking along south side of pond and widen entrance • Provide new bus drop-off and parking • Modify existing baseball field to become FHSAA approved softball field • Relocate existing field lighting • Enhanced maintenance yard • Increase bleacher seating capacity on the home side; provide for additional capacity; per

prototype 1,000 seats – OCPS HS • New home field house at northwest side • Provide new concessions/restroom building on home side • New ticket booths (home/visitor) • New dugouts/press box per prototype – OCPS HS • Remove baseball restrooms and concessions • Remove portables on visitor’s side • Provide new team room/concessions/restroom on visitor’s side • Address connection between the triangle piece of property and the athletic facility • Work with City of Orlando to provide a safer crossing solution to Rio Grande • Upgrade/provide new site lighting • Upgrade/provide new landscaping • No new track; reviewing for future project
