Just a little about me

• I’ve been marketing online for leads since 2003

• Learned SEO back then so that I could generate leads for my real estate brokerage in Downtown Boston called REX Real Estate

• Used the same strategies to develop an additional brokerage I opened in Downtown Orlando called Luxury Properties

I became hooked

• Sold one of my brokerages in 2006 focused on building my business in Orlando until the Real Estate market crashed in 2007

• Had to reinvent myself and decided it was time to create my first info product called the REO Kit #1 in Clickbank for REO, and grew that business for 4 years and sold it to my top student for a high figure amount this year

What I discovered

• While operating the REO kit I got into the launch promoting game in the Real Estate niche for other real estate guru’s

• It was a stressful endeavor…having to create blogs, content, getting it all to rank within a short window of time

• By accident in October 2010 I discovered that I could get VIDEOS on YouTube to rank without any effort at all.

So this was a big Ahh Haa Moment

• And that’s when I started focusing on videos for all of my promotions from that point on.

• The content for me to create was way easier than writing a ton of articles and submitting to article directories

• No more having to create word press blogs and optimize them and install all the crazy plugins

Instant Page Rank From Google

• YouTube has huge page rank plus GOOGLE owns them so it’s easy to get the videos to rank even for hard keywords.

• It takes a little more work, but still way easier than launching a full on site etc.

And so it’s no different here

• Let’s attack this Wicked Simple niche in the same way using video as well as blogs and websites

• One reason I would start with videos is because they tend to have a higher click through rate in the SERPs…(folks like to click images over text)

• Another reason is way easier to rank and also the video can be entertaining with a great call to action

• Plus it’s just so much easier than setting up a WP blog (I am not saying to not setup a blog I am just saying to add it to your WMD) A blog plus video will give you more results in the search engines giving you more success with your campaign.

So let’s attack….

• First let’s start with our keyword research

• And I want to make sure I can a video to rank without much effort so which keyword makes the most sense to go after?

Now For The Offer

• So now I want to find an offer because that’s going to determine my domain, my video etc.

• So I headed over to Neverblue and found this offer…you could also goto OfferVault.com and look for CPA offers from all the CPA networks but for the sake of simplicity I went with NeverBlue (I like to keep things simple Wicked Simple right)…

• I like to get conversions first before going crazy

Ok So I am going to push French Fries

• Search in Google For McDonalds Pictures

Save These Pictures To Your Computer

• Get enough pictures for around a 1minute video each slide moves around 7 seconds So all you need is around 8 pictures

• Then Use Microsoft Paint To Create 3 Images with Your Domain Name Red Background White Writing.

Then Upload Pictures Into Animoto.com

• Free Video Making Software

When You Save The Video

• To your computer make sure to name the video file name the target keyword.

• So the video will save to your computer as animoto_video.mp4 and usually saves in my download folder

• Go and find that video and rename the file to mcdonaldcoupon.mp4

Now it’s time to create a channel

• When I do campaigns like this I like to create a channel just for this type of campaign.

• So if I am targeting fast food coupons I would make a channel with all the all fast food coupons and videos for each one.

• Don’t ever do this kind of stuff with your own channel EVER….

• Keep your own channel for non promotional stuff

It’s no secret Google Is Cleaning House

• And they’re doing it with YouTube channels too.

• That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t still proceed with promoting

• If I based my life on Google threats I wouldn’t make the money I make

When I Create My Channels

• I always always use a private proxy…Always.• I also always clear my browser cookies• And I set the account up with a NON Google

Email Account• I usually use Hotmail or Yahoo mail to set up

the channel• I keep track of everything on a Spreadsheet

So in this case

• I log into my BestPrivateProxy.com account I love this service because they have a ton of IP’s and you can target where in the U.S. you want your I.P. to from…plus they rotate your IP every 30minutes, and they’re IP’s don’t have spam issues like most Private Proxy Providers

• I used to use HideMyAss.com but it hasn’t worked as good lately. When I goto create a channel it won’t actually create WEIRD!!!!

Take A Minute

• And add info to your profile– Add a picture– Try and put keywords in different parts– Fill out all information– City etc…– Make it up if you don’t want it to tie back to you– The more you add to your account the more real it

seems– I usually put keywords in certain areas

• If you don’t have expensive software head on over to fiver and someone who will do ton of bookmarking for you for $5

• You could also do Blog Commenting there’s plenty of folks who will get you tons of blog comments for $5 (just make sure and read their reviews)
