• August 24: Fees posted to website and formal quotes available (AR@tsl.texas.gov)

• August 31: Invoices sent to library directors • October 31: Payment due. Last day to protest

(appeal) the amount of the Participation Fee. • December 15: Libraries that didn’t pay
