A Terms and Conditions (1) agreement is the agreement that users must agree to in order to

use or access your website and mobile app.

It includes the terms, the rules and the guidelines of behavior you’ll accept on your website and/or

mobile.

It can also include other useful sections that you want to include.

It’s you who decides what rules and guideline users must follow in order to

use your website or app.

Think of your Terms and Conditions agreement as the contract where you maintain your rights to remove users from your website/app in the event that:

If users can post content on website /app, you can retain the right to remove any content they

created if it infringes copyright.
