Just as Bloggers are working independently to increase the quality of our civil society and

expand the intellectual horizons of the people, Artists also have a similar role to play

Artists are especially dear to us in the New Energy movement because when we look at the spirituality of scientific invention, we see

that it has a lot to do with inspiration

Where does inspiration come from?

It comes from having a clearer-than-average connection with the Universal Mind,

the “Cosmic Consciousness”, or whatever you wish to call it

And Artists, this is a connection that you cultivate in many fascinating ways

Your creations – be they paintings, sculptures, murals, or whatever – inspire us at a subconscious level

And you never know when that inspiration is going to lead to a New Energy breakthrough

If you meditate on the idea of bringing forth New Energy when you prepare to paint,

sculpt, etc., it’s more likely that this will be the result you achieve

Singers and songwriters share a lot in common with visual artists, and they are the last group we’d like to mention here.

Vietnam really loves singing.

Famous composers like Trịnh Công Sơn and Phạm Duy have created songs that

resonate throughout our national culture

People love to sit at home singing karaoke

And no matter how far back in Vietnam’s history we look, we find singing there

Whether it’s in hát chèo, quan họ, cải lượng, etc.

Some of Vietnam’s best and most influential songs have inspired people to take positive social action

It would be wonderful if the radio waves could have one or two songs about New Energy

These songs could help educate the community and give them a vision of the

bright future we can create together

Who knows, New Energy might even be the subject of a song that someone sings on Vietnam Idol next year!

Today, we’ve seen how people from all walks of life can get involved in the New Energy Revolution

It doesn’t matter whether you’re a

student, a scientist,

government leader, or a poet

Everyone has a role to play in New Energy because it affects us all!

As New Energy inventor Dan Winter says,

Don’t wait for someone else to do it; You’re the person you’ve been waiting for!

By way of closing our seminar, let us say a few words about the role we at VNEG envision ourselves as playing in the New Energy

Revolution

The Vietnam New Energy Group took shape early in 2014 as an informal group of New Energy researchers

We come from many walks of life.

We include professors, students, journalists, businessmen, and people in many other professions.

The thing we share is a confidence that New Energy can and will re-shape our

world in many positive and exciting ways

Here are our main activities:

• Supporting universities in developing teaching materials on New Energy

• Translating foreign scientific articles on New Energy into Vietnamese

• Helping to disseminate understanding of New Energy in the Vietnamese language community

• Compiling and analyzing scientific research on New Energy abroad in order to assist New Energy inventors within Vietnam

• Helping Vietnamese New Energy inventors network and share research findings with their peers abroad

• Helping Vietnamese New Energy inventors identify suitable sources of financing

Friends, we can all see with our eyes and feel within our own selves that the Old Energy system is unsustainable

It’s time that we started looking to nature to show us the way to a society that is egalitarian, modern, and prosperous

A world that allows people in every country to express their love and creativity

Without slaving away in mindless work for the benefit of a few lazy exploiters

This is what the New Energy Revolution is all about:

Working with nature instead of against it

Embracing a worldview of abundance instead of falling for the elitist propaganda that says

we have to cut back our energy use and voluntarily restrict our development
