why it is important to use a Realtor® who has earned the CRS (Start the BUZZ!):

1. The CRS designation is the "PhD" of Real Estate

2. Only 3% of Realtors have earned the CRS designation and these 3% represent 25% of the residential real estate business in our industry.

3. The CRS designation is the Realtor’s® choice

4. To the Consumer: "If you're not going to choose me to represent you as your Realtor®, please do yourself a favor and at least choose a CRS!"
