Mission Statement:The Flagship Program is a

community/school partnership that provides skill-building

opportunities that enhance the social, academic, and cultural

achievement of Missoula’s youth to help them succeed in school and become productive adults.

Flagship is located in 8 Missoula County Public Schools:Franklin, Hawthorne and Lowell Elementary Schools

• Prepare and facilitate lessons with a literacy component.
