How do I view payments received?
At the home screen, click ‘View’ next to ‘Received’ on the Incoming Payment Tracker.
Click on the ‘Received’ tab.

PDF or Excel export – click to export data in selected date range to PDF or XLS file format

How do I set up email notification of remittance information?
Email notifications are a great way to receive remittance details about your Paymode-X payments in a fast and simple manner.
To access this benefit, please call Paymode-X Member Services.
How do I check the status of a payment?
Payment inquiries are facilitated by Paymode-X through the ‘Request Payment Status’ feature:

Fill out ‘Request Status’ required fields.
Click ‘Send Email’. If you have a properly configured email client, a ‘New Email’ window will be opened, prepopulated with the information from the form, as seen below.

4Note: If you do not have an email address, or your email is not properly
configured to launch through your browser, this window will not open.
In this case please reach out to your Payer through client contact
information available to you.
Payer Name with the name of the Payer that was invoiced, select from drop-down list
Invoice Number with the invoice number in question
Invoice Date (optional) with the date of the invoice in question
Invoice Amount (optional) with the amount of the invoice in question

Forget your password?
Click ‘Forgot your password?’ on the log-in screen.
You will be prompted to complete a multi-factor authentication challenge via phone or text, or you can answer 3 password reset questions. The password reset questions are questions you selected when initially creating your Paymode-X membership. Please note, these questions are not case sensitive. If you have any questions about this process, please call Paymode-X Member Services.

How can I share invoices with my Payers?
One option is our Premium Invoice Delivery service, which can be enabled by our Vendor Advocate team. The Premium Invoice Delivery capabilities within Paymode-X help you securely manage the delivery, storage and presentation of your invoices. Intelligent analytics give visibility into undelivered and un-actioned invoices that can negatively affect your cash flow to help drive real-time decision making and follow-up. All without the need for installed software or technical expertise.

How do I change my security and password reset questions?
Once you have successfully logged into Paymode-X, you can access your profile by selecting the ‘Admin’ tab where you can change your security and password reset questions.
In the Users section at the bottom left, click on ‘Edit Details’, located on the same row as your name.
Below your general information, select your questions, enter answers and click ‘Save’.

How do I update or change my bank account information?
Hover over the ‘Admin’ tab and select the second option labeled ‘Bank Accounts’.
Click ‘Submit’.
Locate the bank account to be updated under ‘Actions’ and select ‘Edit Details’.
Enter the new routing number
Click ‘Apply’
Enter bank account number
Click ‘Apply’

Once you have updated your bank account, please upload a bank document, such as a voided check or bank statement, in order to assist with the authentication process. To do so, navigate back to the new bank account.
Click on ‘Upload’ under ‘Docs’.

Browse to the bank document on your computer
Select the Document Type and the Bank Account and click ‘Upload’
Once the file uploads, you will see a green status bar next to the file and a ‘File uploaded successfully’ message. Click ‘Done’ to complete the action and navigate away from the page.

How do I add additional users to my account?
Hover over the ‘Admin’ tab and select ‘Users’.
In the Users section, click on ‘Add User’.
General information is required for the user.
On the next screen, varying levels of privileges can be assigned to users depending on the level of access they require.

How do I view a list of my Paymode-X Payers?
Click on ‘Payers’ from the Home Screen.
If a new Payer contacts you to enroll in Paymode-X, please contact Paymode-X Member Services so we can initiate the process and ensure you receive payments through your existing Paymode-X membership.
From this screen, you have the option of viewing ‘All Payers’.

Payer Acceptance - provides a list of additional trading agreements that can be accepted.
All Payers – provides a searchable listing of all Payers that have paid your organization through Paymode-X.
Document Manager – provides the ability to upload critical documents, such as W-9’s and insurance documents, to share with your Payers through Paymode-X.
