Help Prevent Medicare/Medicaid fraud and abuse by following

these simple steps:

Never give out your

bank account information over the phone to someone you don’t know.

Never give out your Social Security number to someone

you don’t know.

Never give your Medicare ID number to

someone youdon’t know.

Always review your Medicare Summary Notices.

Always keep records of your health care visits.

call your health care provider and ask questions.
