Act as Chief Officer of the Judicial Branch Act as Chairperson of the Supreme Court and the

Enforcement Review Board Have an extensive and thorough working

knowledge of the Constitution and Statutes of the Association

Act as principle adviser to all officers and representatives of the Association on matters involving the Constitution and Statutes

Act as liaison to the Supreme Court concerning matters of the Association, and to the Assembly concerning matters of the Supreme Court.

Appoint all Justices to the Court, with the approval of the Assembly

CHAIR OF ELECTIONS

DUTIES

Oversee and ensure the validity of all elections of Student Association Members.

Manage the voting booth during elections. At Constituted groups request be available to

oversee their elections. Act as advisory council for the Supreme

Court when dealing with groups elections.

CONSTITUTED GROUP ELECTIONS

Election forms for constituted groups are in your folders.

It is required by statute to hand in election forms no more than two weeks after the election date.

We haven’t done this is awhile and since it’s a statute it is required or all constituted groups would be in violation as well as myself.
