“Those we love remain with us, for love itself lives onAnd cherished memories never fade, because a loved one’s gone
Those we love can never be, more than a thought apartFor as long as there is memory, they’ll always live on in our hearts”

Reminders for Chapter Queens Upcoming Queen's Council!
Any Queen, Vice Queen or anyone interested in starting a chapter is welcome toattend the Queen's Council. This is an annual event where Queens can gather to
discuss issues, network, socialise and help each other.
Event details and booking form can be found here:http://redhatsvictoria.com/events
Each year it will be hosted by a different Queen, and we would like to alternate thelocation each year from Melbourne metro areas to regional areas, to keep things
fair. So if you would like to host next year's Council, please let us know at the event.
Updating Chapter DetailsI maintain a list of all known Victorian chapters, so that if any members (or other
Queens) wish to make contact, they are able to. The information is added to the RHVwebsite (if I have permission to do so) as well as a private list that is emailed to the
Queens once a year for networking purposes.
However there is missing details and out of date details for some chapters. It isimportant to make sure I have the current details for your chapter if you want to be
kept in the loop with Hatter happenings. It is also important for othermembers/Queens to be able to contact you as sometimes they have questions or
invitations that they would like to talk to you about.
If you don't wish to have your contact information published on the website that isfine – I can list your chapter name only. I can also provide just the email contact
form on your chapter page, which is done in a way to maintain your privacy.
I would also like each chapter to make use of their chapter page – If you have notdone so already you can send in up to 3 photos as well as a description of your
chapter. If you have a website/facebook for your chapter, I can link to that as well.

Aussie Red Hat DayThe Birthday of the Red Hat Society is April 25th (The first time Sue Ellen and herfriends gathered for a Red Hatting outing). However since that date in Australia isAnzac day, we feel it is more appropriate to celebrate Red Hatting on a different
date. The date we celebrate instead is July 25th which marks the registration dateof the first Australian Red Hatting chapter. This is known as “Aussie Red Hat Day”
Rubies and Pearls of Kilmore invite you to join with them in celebrating the 16th

the Grand Chamber Room where Parisian chandeliers hang gracefully above thedining tables. Ample free car parking is at the rear of the building.
