W.B. Monday 6th July 2020

Welcome to your twelfth week of online learning. We hope you have had a lovely weekend and been able to do

some fun activities with your families. Again, we have lots of work to get done this week, including all the normal

subjects. We are looking forward to seeing a number of you in school and seeing a lot of work being handed in

online. Enjoy your work!

All of us would love to see some of the fun learning you have done at home. This does not have to be linked to

maths or English – it could be cooking in DT. Take some photographs of you doing these tasks and send them to

year6@johnperry.bardaglea.org.uk. You can also send any of your written work over to this email address for your

teacher to look at.

Subject: Task:

Maths: Practise times tables on TTRS for 30 minutes.

There are three different stars of work, so challenge yourself as much as you can! If you find this too hard, then please complete the BBC Bitesize daily lessons. These are very fun and explain what you need to do. You can still submit the answers for these lessons. Complete the worksheets.

We are going to do some more one off lessons in English so it is easier for you all to follow. This week we are looking at story writing. Today, you should look at the PowerPoint which is below and then complete the task.

Reading: This week, you must read at least 3 books on BugClub. Keep a reading log of what you have read and what you think of the part of the book, or the whole book you have read.
