Waynesboro 2270 Recent Lodge Events for Spring 2019Waynesboro 2270 Has Had a Busy Spring! These are a few things we have been up to recently:

*Continued work on Boys and Girls Club at Waynesboro using our Impact Grant.*Delivery of 174 pair of shoes and school supplies by Handbags of Hope using our Anniversaryand Beacon Grants.*Honoring our Most Valuable Scholars with$1000 scholarships each presented to them attheir high school awards assemblies.

*Celebrating our ElksNational Legacy ScholarshipAward Winner, RyanMcCauley, grandson of member Lewie Blessing andwife Murhl .*Surprise Ninetieth Birthday party for long-standingand devoted member Randy Brooks with the wholelodge participating!

*Honoring Johnny Wood, who has been an active and devoted longtime member, with a monetary gift for asurprise vacation! *Flag Day Ceremony on June 9 at 3pm*continuing our Senior Bingo

*Initiating ten new members! (with moreto come!)*continuing repairs and updates to the lodge*recruiting new students to attend the VEYCthis summer
