Research Blog Project, Geography-Cities of the World, University of Kentucky, Spring 2011 -Created blog about urbanization and infrastructure trends and problems in each world region

Competitor, World’s Championship Horse Show, Louisville, KY, August 2006 & 2007 - Involved in horseback for 14 years and eventually competed in the World’s Championship

VolunteerChildren of the Americas, Lexington, KYVolunteer, Stateside Program, June 2000-PresentTeam Volunteer, Tiquisate, Guatemala, January 2008 - Worked with children on temporary visas to receive donated surgery - Involved with organizing, errands, office and computer tasks - Performed various tasks to assist a medical team in Guatemala - Gained knowledge of the institutions, problems, and needs of the country

- Assisted volunteer Physicians Assistants in different clinics each day- Operated pharmacy to increase effectiveness and decrease time per patient- Provided photography from clinics to the organization- Overall the team provided general healthcare and vitamins to 1200 patients
