TO POWER UP THE SYSTEM: 1. Unlock Podium

2. Use the APC Net9RM (Master Power Switch) switch to power up the system

3. On the Extron MLC 226IP Controller, press the “On” button to turn the overhead projector on.

TO USE AND DISPLAY THE PC:

1. Power on the PC

2. Press “PC” button on the Extron MLC 226IP Controller

TO PLAY A VHS TAPE: 1. Power on the DVD/VCR player.

2. On the DVD/VCR Player, press the “VCR”

button.

3. Press “VCR” button on Extron MLC 226IP Controller.

4. You can adjust the volume by rotating the volume control on Extron MLC 226IP Controller.

5. Insert VHS tape and press “Play” button. (There is a remote for the DVD/VHS player in the drawer. You must point the remote at the DVD/VHS player).

TO PLAY A DVD:

1. Power on the DVD/VCR player

2. On the DVD/VCR Player, press the “DVD” button.

3. Press “DVD” button on Extron MLC 226IP Controller

2. Remove all VHS tapes, DVDs, USB drives, etc.

3. Shut down the computer

4. Turn of the power to the system by using the APC Net9RM (Master Power Switch).

5. Lock the Podium
