• April 2011 – State of Indiana vs. ERI. (Fatality case involving two (2) victims.) Direct by the Secretary of Labor as a Communication Tower Expert to assist the State of Indiana to assist in the initial investigation and later provide expertise in the settlement agreement.

• July 2005 – Secretary of Labor vs. Pegasus Tower, Inc., in Little Rock, Arkansas. (Compliance Inspection.) Represented the Secretary of Labor as a Communication Tower Expert in trial proceedings. Recognized and testified as an expert for the Secretary of Labor. Judgment found in favor of the Secretary.

• October 2004 – Secretary of Labor vs. Rulin Company. (Compliance Inspection.) Represented the Secretary as a Compliance Officer in trial proceedings. Judgment found in favor of the Secretary.

• September 2004 – Secretary of Labor vs. McCord Communication Service. (Fatality cases involving two (2) victims.) Represented the Secretary as an expert and provided documentation that lead to a settlement the day before the trial.

• June 2004 – State of Michigan vs. Grant Tower, Inc. (Fatality case involving one (1) victim.) Directed by the Secretary of a Communication Tower Expert to assist the State of Michigan in the initial investigation and participate in settlement agreement before trial.
