Exhibitors said they needed more space. VIREB LISTENED! The VIREB Conference and Trade Show will be held at the VI Conference Centre to allow Exhibitors more space for BIGGER, BETTER exhibit areas and networking opportunities!
Our previous events have been very well received at the VI Conference Centre, bringing together many of VIREB’s 960 members from as far South as the Malahat to the Northern tip of the Island. REALTORS® are able to focus on learning new ways to promoting their business and increasing productivity through the various exhibit displays and networking opportunities with their fellow REALTORS®, Exhibitors and Sponsors.
VIREB’s Conference and Trade Show is just around the corner… Consider taking part as an Exhibitor and/or Sponsor! BECOMING AN EXHIBITOR Exhibitors will be set up in the Conference Centre, with ample visibility – either in the
Newcastle Island Lobby or Salon A&B (dependent on the number of confirmed exhibitors),
as noted on the attached floor plan. Exhibitors will be provided with a 6 foot skirted table,
2 chairs and power, if required. Cost to participate as an exhibitor is only $250 + HST.
Cost includes 1 lunch ticket and additional lunch tickets are available for $20 each + HST.
BECOMING A SPONSOR
VIREB’s Conference and Trade Show would not be possible without the generous support
and participation of our colleagues. This year we have 5 Sponsorship Categories ~
Diamond; Platinum; Gold; Silver; and “Friends of VIREB”! All Sponsors will have their
company name displayed prominently during the event. All Sponsors will also be
acknowledged in VIREB’s In Touch Newsletter, which is distributed to our entire
membership.
DISCOUNT OFFER
VIREB holds two annual events per year – a Conference & Trade Show (formerly Tech
Fair) in March, and a Professional Development Day in October. Exhibitors are welcome
to attend both events, and as a special bonus, if you sign up for this event and our
upcoming Professional Development Day, which is tentatively set for Wednesday, October
9 at the Vancouver Island Conference Centre, you will save an additional 10% discount off
the exhibitor fee. (That’s only $450 + HST to attend BOTH events!). Please check the

DIAMOND SPONSOR - $3000 The Diamond Sponsor will have the opportunity to provide information on their
company during the event (approx. 5 minutes). You will have the opportunity to promote your company in VIREB’s In Touch Newsletter by
providing us with your ad (max. 100 words) Your company name will be displayed prominently during the event to clearly identify you as
a Diamond Sponsor. If you provide us with your logo (in jpg format) we’ll include it on the sign.

PLATINUM SPONSORS - $2000 Platinum Sponsors will have the opportunity to promote their company in VIREB’s In Touch
Newsletter by providing us with your ad (max. 50 words) Your company name will be displayed prominently during the event to identify you as a
Platinum Sponsor. If you provide us with your logo (in jpg format) we’ll include it on the sign.
You will also be acknowledged in VIREB’s In Touch Newsletter and during the event as a Platinum Sponsor.
Your company name and logo will be displayed in all Notices and flyers regarding the event. Platinum Sponsors in attendance will receive 2 complimentary lunch tickets and an
