Login will be done via SSO Portal of rajasthan.

1.2. Section: User Account Landing Page
Once the login is successful the user lands in the above shown page “Dashboard”
where various sections are shown as mentioned below
• Home: Denotes the home page of the application
• Side Bar – Navigation Pane on Left:
o Profile Picture: User can set profile picture by uploading his/ her photo
o My Content: Content created by the user
o Approvals: Contains content arrived for approval
o My Book Shelf: Contains book pushed or selected from Meta Library
o Meta Library: It’s the central content repository where all content is
uploaded and stored
o Report: Contains the usage reports based on user activity and content
usage
o Notifications: All the system and content updates can be viewed in this
section
• Language: Preferable language can be choose from below options by the
user
o English
o Hindi
• Help

o Help section describes common taxonomy used in this application in
easy and simple terms
o Beside Help section on the left there lies

• Logout: To logout of the system the press logout button

Following are the steps to create content.
1.4.1. Board Details
Select board details to which content will belong to for e.g.
• SIERT/ BSER
• SIERT
• NCERT
• RCSE
• Reference

1.4.2. Content Tagging
Select the possible tags to which the content can be tagged.
For e.g. if there is an English content we can have tags auto populated list drop
down as seen above.
1.4.3. Content Templates
Choose the appropriate content template.

• This is the content editor section where user can
o Place text
o Place images
o Place audios
o Place videos

1.4.5. Content Created Successfully
After content creation is finished the user can save the content.
1.5. Section: Approvals
• This section reflects content arrived for approval created by the teachers
categorized as Study, Learn and assessments.

• My Bookshelf:
o This section holds all the chosen books which the user moves from the
meta library for quick preview
o This helps users to browse through selected books and saves time
while searching multiple times
o Here the books also will be categorised as

• Meta Library: It’s the central content repository where all content is uploaded
and stored
• The content classification comprises
o Content uploaded by the administrators
o Approved content and published by the publisher

• Content Types
o Books
o Multimedia Content

user
o Creation and Validation
▪ Describes the percentage of type of content created and
validated
o Date range is used to know about login activity of the user

• Generate Reports section provides numerical/factual data regarding
o Login Activity: User login timelines based activity

▪ Describes the percentage of type of content consumed by the

o Date: Select date range and submit to fetch the results
o Export Output: PDF or excel
