1. Introduction
This manual provides instructions on uploading and executing salary lists and massive payments lists using the e-Banking service.
This manual is designed to help you use our service and understand the necessary steps for completing
the process.

2. Purpose
This section of the manual explains the process of preparing the document for salaries and massive
payments and the process of upload and execution in the e-Banking application.
3. Preparing list of salary/massive payments
The execution of salaries and massive payments1 is provided to all businesses which are already provided with a contract on e-Banking.
Using your computer you will be able to upload your employee salary list from your home or office.
All requests for salary/massive payments received from: Monday - Friday before 20:00 hours will
be processed within the same day. Payments received after this time, will be processed the
following day.
If the list contains customers who are beneficiaries at other banks, such payments received after
15:00 hours will be sent to other banks the following working day based on clearing session.
Below, please note the necessary steps for uploading the list and processing of salaries/massive payments using e-Banking:
In order to process salaries and massive payments, the list which is uploaded to e-Banking must be in the .csv format. (Comma separated values)
You may use your accounting software to generate files in such a format, or use Excel to save your files in .csv format.
The format acceptable for uploading and processing salaries/massive payments will look like this:
1 Massive payments are payments to different beneficiaries, but who are not receiving salaries from your company

When making the list of salaries or massive payments these columns must be completed:
RowNO, FirstName,LastName,AccountNum,Amount,Description
Please provide the required details on each column:
RowNo- insert a serial number 1,2,3 …
FirstName - write the name of the beneficiary customer (in case the beneficiary is a company,
provide the company name on this column)
LastName – write beneficiary client surname
AccountNum - insert the account2 of the beneficiary customer (which may be a beneficiary
customer within the PCB or in another Kosovo bank). The account must be a valid 16-digit
number.
Amount - insert the amount (decimals are proceeded with a dot (.)
Description- provide payment description (if the list is created with the intention to pay salaries
the description must be 'wage' 'salary' (for example: Salary 01/2014 NTSH Company).
If the file is created with the intention of performing massive payments, a description may be
provided depending on payment details
For example: If you would like to use Excel format to input data on the beneficiaries, you can follow the
following steps:
Provide the following data:
a) Salary list:
2 Account numbers may not contain spaces or slash/dashes. The account must be a valid 16-digit number.

b) Massive payments list
Once you have completed the data, save the file in the .csv format (Comma separated values)
To review your saved list, you may open it using “Notepad”:

and you can confirm inserted data as follows:
4. Processing of salary/massive payments with e-Banking
Upload into the application your file saved already in your computer:
Login into e-Banking:
Select option “Salary and Massive payments”.

This will be followed by a menu where you can select the account to be debited:
After you select the paying account, please select the type of transfer you wish to carry out:
"Salary payment" - select this when you wish to perform salary payment for your employees.

"Massive Payment" - select this when you wish to perform massive payments (excluding salaries). Notice:
The type of transfer selected (salary or massive) will determine the way in which the payment is executed
and fees are applied (specifically applicable for transfers of salaries or group type).
After you select your type of payment, please import the list prepared previously.
Press “Browse” and upload the list:
Once you select the file, press "open" and a window will appear presenting the data in the list.
In case beneficiary lists are not completed accurately, you will be notified during the upload and this will
stop the process from going further.

Once you have revised the incorrect data, you may proceed with a fresh upload (as explained above).
You will then be returned to a window showing the total amount of the uploaded list, to confirm press "Next"

Insert payment details:
Then insert the key from the token and click on “Finish”

At the end you will see a summary of the file which you have uploaded:
If you wish to see more details on uploaded lists or records on such payments press “Last payment
orders”, and press “Details"
In this report you be able to confirm payments which have been carried out and others which the bank
may have had reason to refuse.
