STEP 1Identify programs with out-of-state activities.

STEP 2Survey is emailed toprograms in early fall tocollect informationregarding states with out-of-state activities aretaking place.

STEP 3Legal research isconducted by theCompliance Unit per statewhere activities are takingplace.

STEP 4Findings are discussedwith programs andinformation updated intothe compliance databaseand State AuthorizationDashboard. Programsreceive a report that theycan reference beforeplacing students inanother state.
