Undiksha is a wider-mandate state university located in the northern territory of Bali Island.

Undiksha now has over 14 million students (Bachelor, Master and Doctor Degrees) studying in 13 Diploma 3 vocational programs, 35 Teacher education programs, and 17 science programs.

A best journey ever

We hope for craziest one and finally, we united, we enjoyed, we separated but the memories led our mind, into the world of only its of kind. We are so thankful that we experience this place in Bali.

First time I thought everything would be very difficult. I had to live independently when I first left my parents.

However, I feel the friendliness and welcome from everyone.

My front office supervisor taught me lots of tasks of my job.

We had time to share about cultural, linguistics and food differences between Vietnam and Bali.

If I have opportunity, I will join this program again.

Lesson Learnt

1) Undiksha’s Management Policy regarding field-study Courses (Internship, TeachingPracticum, and Community-based Learning) is one-gate policy:

The management is centralized in The Institute for Instructional Development and

Quality Assurance (LPPPM), so that those programs can be well managed and

integrated. The institute works with our international office and deans, and establishes

partnerships with industries. Therefore, a instructional (natural) effect can be

achieved.

2) Our premise about Exchange students programs:

Cultural experience is a nurturant effect that international students want toexperience during their internship program overseas.

a. BRI Link gives Balinese village-life pictures to inbound students

b. We make warm and friendship atmosphere to occur between inboundstudents with buddies (students), academic supervisors andschool/company supervisors.

c.We provide one time sightseeing program for all inbound students
