• In groups of 3/4 identify and describe the various methods of information a business may use and why. Do this on Sugar paper provided.

• Identify which types of information is used to communicate internally and externally

• You have 20 minutes to complete this and 5 minutes to present

Santander

• Find as much information as you can about Santander – who they are what they do and any articles that may be relevant (on information or communication)

• Now identify the types of communication Santander may use. Remember this can be internally or externally – you may have to guess

• You have 30 minutes to do this – put all the information on the large poster so we can all use it
