1 一般情况下加 er /est smaller smallest

2 以 e 结尾的加 r /st nicer nicest

3 辅音字母加 y 结尾的先去掉 y 再加 ier/iest

happier happiest/ earlier earliest

4 一个元音字母 + 一个辅音字母结尾的重读音节先

双写这个字母，再加 er/est bigger, biggest

redder, reddest,/ hotter hottest.

wetter, wettest

er 读 / est 读 /ist/
