Unified Modeling Language (UML) graphically represents software systems, mainly following the object-oriented (OO) style (Fowler 2004, 1).

The UML is controlled by the Object Management Group (OMG).

The patient goes to the ticket machine.

The patient presses on the machine’s button.

The patient sits down in front of a nurse.

The patient receives instructions from nurse.

The patient goes out and wait again until his name is called.
