Market Rate Tuition Review Process
Reviewed 8-10 other programs in each area (online, traditional, Florida, and out of state). Looked at their tuition only.
Determined which fees we felt we needed to retain.
Remembered the need to be competitive – both within Florida and outside of Florida.
Market Rate Tuition Recommendation is for $458.33 per credit hour or
$1,375.00 per 3-credit course for each of the three graduate programs – for all students (Residents and Non-Residents). $1,375.00 as tuition (split 50/50 with AP) An additional $202.23 as fees (DL, Technology, Capital
Improvement, and Financial Aid) – not split with AP. So the grand total for a student would be $1,577.23 for
a 3-credit class in an AP program.
Tuition Summary
Florida Resident Non-Resident
UNF per credit hour $ 408.10 $ 932.61
UNF/AP per credit hour $ 458.33
UNF per 3-credit hour course $ 1,224.30 $ 2,797.83
UNF/AP per 3-credit hour course $ 1,375.00
Tuition increase of $50.23 (within the 15% allowable)
