• Availability of dynamic hyperlinks to:

– proceedings of current and past best practice workshops and conferences;

– national and international websites to provide additional sources of information.

• Means of informing:

– the industry’s roadway development key performance parameters, as well as positive/adverse factors which affect mines productivity.

– The wider community on improvements and innovations adopted by the coal mining industry.

• “Technical note page”, thus providing opportunity for industry personnel to share their experiences with others.
