We are specialists in business administration with a technical background. UlMeCo AG was founded 2005, taking over all activities of Ulrich Meier Consulting.

Project management can be supported by IT systems. Good solutions are widely available for project planning and schedule control.
Often the existing IT tools are not prepared to fulfil the needs of a project. Reasons are: the need is pure project related, hence
not part of the IT portfolio. it takes more time than expected to
adapt the existing tool or the roll-out is too far into the future.

organisational obstacles slow down or make it impossible to use it
This results in many small little tools mainly based on MS Excel or MS Access. To migrate them into long-term stable IT systems is often impossible or very cost intensive.

Most of the requirements can be met within a few hours of configuration. To expand, programming with PHP within our framework is easy and cost effective.
