edit field Note, you can get a list of subjects using the Select Subject button

4. Enter all or part of the course number, e.g. “1000W” ‘into the
edit field
5. Click the button. Note: if you are sure of the course number, e.g ACC1006F,
choose “is exactly” from the drop down list, and enter the number portion, e.g. 1006F

Unsure of Bank Name:? Click the look up icon, then in the new
screen that opens click the button. This produces a Search Results listing 35 bank names. Click on the bank name that is yours and it will automatically return to the above screen shot with the Bank Name edit field filled in with the bank name you have selected.
1. Enter name of Your Bank in the Bank Name: edit field.
1. Enter Your Branch ID in the Branch ID: edit field.

Unsure of Branch ID:? Click the look up icon, then in the new screen
that opens click the button. This produces a Search Results listing 300 branch ID’s for the Bank name you provided. Click on the branch ID that is yours and it will automatically return to the above screen shot with the Branch ID edit field filled in with the branch ID you selected.
1. Enter Your Account # in the edit field
2. Click the drop down icon.
3. Select “Active” from drop down list.

Indicate Account Type
5. Click the button.
Clicking the button produces a Save Confirmation screen. If all
banking details are correct click the button.
The date on which these changes will take effect is shown once the new or changed
data has been entered.
