Restaurant

It is the establishment or trade in which is offered a food service with a lot of varieties. The guest could drink a cocktail or if he wants to eat a dish could do that. It had a different kind of restaurants and I’m going to describe one for one. The kind of restaurants depends about the food.

Fast food

The main characteristic is the speed service and the low cost than the another establishment.

The build need a small place. The food sold had a precooked or

preheated ingredients. It served to the costumer in a packaged

form for take out or take away. It brings food via drive-trough.

Types of food served

Fried food. Pizza. Hamburgers. Tacos. Doughnuts. Snacks. Desserts.

Patron treatment

Brings a fast service. You need pay first and order with the

cashier. You get the food quickly.

Example

Mc donalds. Burger king. Dominos pizza. Little Caesar pizza.

Casual restaurant

The cost of the dishes is medium. It had a casual environment. It brings a table service. The cutlery is made with silver. The food had a nice presentation.

Types of food

Regional food. Sea food. Appetizers. Desserts. Main dish with a wine to match. Salads.

Patron treatment

Casual dining restaurants often have a full bar with separate bar staff a larger beer menu and a limited wine menu.

The waiter takes the costumer’s order. The service it’s more low than the food

service.

Importance of having different type of restaurants

The importance to have a lot of varieties of restaurants is to offer a different kind of food, because not all the people have the same likes if we choose a type of restaurant we need emphasize in one, we won’t start our business if we don’t have an idea to offer food.
