• Conservative- traditional, more group-oriented

• Liberal- not traditional, more individual oriented.

Now that I have displayed all the stereotypes (most of which are not entirely true), let’s discuss.

• We always focus on the differences between Republican and Democrat/ conservative and liberal. Why don’t we take a positive approach for a change?

• What do we all have in common?

What’s my point?

• You are not always right…and that’s okay. • Don’t believe something just because you have

been told to, actually learn about it.• We all have a common goal, and that is to be

happy and make a better place for ourselves and our kids to live in.

• We may have different ideas on how to achieve that goal but the important thing is that we do not forget that we have the most important thing in common and the differences lay in the details.
