Founded as a manufacturer and

exclusive distributor of spare parts for vacuum drying for the tanning industry, since 1968 our company has been an example of quality and leadership, not only in Europe, but throughout the World.

// Rapid growth, an increase in market share but above all an increase in the world market presence of TURATO are the results of our commitment to research into the highest standards of quality and efficiency focusing on the needs of every single client with respect to delivery speed and quality.

// Since 2005, after 5 years of highly secretive research and development in our Malaysian branch, the range was extended to include various models of multiple-tables vacuum dryers, from traditional water vacuum pumps to the most advanced drying systems,

with attention not only to the quality of the end product, but particularly to environmental protection, energy savings and improved efficiency.

Nuestra empresa, que nació como fabricante y distribuidor exclusivo de piezas de recambio de secadores al vacío para

la industria del curtido de pieles, es desde 1968 un ejemplo de calidad y liderazgo, no solo en Europa, sino de forma internacional.

// Una rápida expansión, el aumento de la cuota de mercado y un incremento de la presencia de TURATO en todo el mundo son los frutos de nuestro empeño por alcanzar los más altos estándares de calidad y eficiencia, pero sobre todo, del respeto por las exigencias de cada uno de nuestros clientes en lo relativo a los tiempos de entrega y a la calidad ofrecida.

// A partir de 2005, tras 5 años de desarrollo e investigación confidencial en nuestra filial de Malasia, la gama se amplía y pasa a incluir diversos modelos de secadores al vacío con paneles múltiples, desde el tradicional con bomba de vacío de agua hasta los más avanzados sistemas de secado en seco, priorizando en todo momento el nivel de calidad del producto final y, fundamentalmente, el respecto por el medio ambiente, el ahorro energético y una mayor eficiencia.

// Depuis 2005, après 5 ans de développement et de recherche en plus grand secret dans notre branche en Malaisie, la gamme s’élargit en concevant les séchoirs sous vide à plusieurs plateaux avec différents modèles, du traditionnel avec la pompe à vide à eau aux plus avancés systèmes de séchage à sec avec un hublot non seulement au niveau de la qualité du produit final, mais aussi et surtout envisageant le respect de l’environnement, les épargnes d’énergie et l’amélioration de l’efficacité.

Water recovery system for the vacuum pump via a circuit simplified to the basics for easy maintenance, allowing the isolation of contamination to the pump circuit without affecting the condensation line and tannery cooling towers. Class 4 safety (the highest level): no compromise made in protecting the safety of operators. Top-of-the-range components, without compromise. Because the past does not necessarily mean “outdated”.
