SUMMER CAMPWe will be attending summer camp for the first year at camp
Owassippe in Michigan from July 8-15th. This is a great camp that offers numerous opportunities for the scouts to not only advance and earn merit badges but to have a lot of fun. Packets went home with the scouts in the past couple of weeks. If you scout did not get a packet, he should get one from Eugene Keitzer or Mark Klimek . A $40.00 deposit is due Tuesday, April 18th. Please see Eugene or Mark with questions.

We are planing a canoe trip through the Boundary Waters canoe area of Northern Minnesota. Your scout must be first class, be at least 13 and have the canoeing merit badge to attend this trip. The trip will run from July 29-August 6th. See Ana Thomas for details.
Recharter- Thank you to Kathy Lybrand for handling recharter for the troop this year. If you have not yet handed in your check, please see Kathy. As of May 1, 2006 your scout is no longer covered by the BSA if he is not rechartered.
Thank you to all the families that are pitching in to help take after school snacks to the Battoe family. Pleases remember Jonathan and his family in your prayers during this extremely difficult time for his family.
