ISTSS Member and Individual Support Program
Minimum contribution – $500ISTSS members, institutional members and nonmembers are
encouraged to support the ISTSS Annual Meeting. These contri-
butions cover expenses not tied to a specific event or item at the

should ship approximately 300 copies to ISTSS headquarters no later than
October 14, 2016.

General InformationExhibits and SignsEach tabletop exhibit space will include one 6’ x 30” covered table and two
chairs. A company identification sign will be provided to each exhibitor.
Space AssignmentExhibit space is assigned on a first come, first serve basis. ISTSS will attempt
to honor all requests for exhibit space and will not assign space without full
payment. ISTSS reserves the right to determine final exhibit space assign-
ments, and to accept or reject any exhibit.
PaymentTo reserve an Exhibit or Take One Display, full payment must be made with
the exhibit contract. A registration form will be sent in your exhibitor kit once
you have signed up for an exhibit.
DeadlineExhibit applications must reach ISTSS by Monday, October 10, 2016.
Cancellation PolicyISTSS must be notified in writing in the event of cancellation or space reduc-
tion. If cancellation of exhibit tabletop occurs prior to Monday, September
19, 2016, the exhibitor will be refunded 50% of the payment received. After
September 19, 2016, no refunds will be made.
Installing ExhibitsThe exhibit area will be available for set-up on Wednesday, November 9,
2016, from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. All exhibits must be set up by 5:00 p.m.,
Wednesday, November 9, 2016. Assembly of exhibits during the regularly
scheduled exhibit hours is not permitted.
Dismantling ExhibitsAll exhibits must remain intact until the official closing time of Saturday,
November 12, 2016, 12:00 p.m., and may not be dismantled or removed, in
whole or in part, before that time.
Exhibit PersonnelAll participants affiliated with exhibits must be registered for the 32nd Annual
Meeting. Each person will be issued an exhibitor badge and must be em-
ployed by the exhibiting organization or have a direct business affiliation. Ex-
hibiting companies are limited to one complimentary registration. Additional
registrations can be purchased at the member registration rate.
Exhibit KitExhibitors are responsible for all freight, drayage and labor charges. Interna-
tional shipping rates may vary and information will be provided in the exhibit
kit along with shipping instructions. Exhibit kit will be emailed to exhibitors a
few months prior to the annual meeting.

General InformationExhibitors Selling BooksBooks will be sold through the ISTSS Bookstore, except in the case of those
exhibitors that have registered to sell their books at their exhibit table. Ex-
hibitors are responsible for all relevant taxes on items sold at the meeting.
Exhibitors selling their product should have sufficient supply of books as the
ISTSS official bookstore will not have those books onsite.

SecurityExhibit management provides peripheral security guard service. However,
it is the responsibility of each exhibitor to protect display material from loss

Hotel InformationThe Sheraton Dallas Hotel will be the headquarters for the ISTSS Annual
Meeting. ISTSS has negotiated a discounted rate of $169 USD for single or
double occupancy. Rooms and rates are based on availability and subject to
state and local fees/taxes (which are currently 13% occupancy tax plus a 2%
city tax). These rates will be available to attendees, based on availability, from
Tuesday, November 8 through Sunday, November 13, 2016. To reserve a
