Start Your Earn-Out Now® (45 minutes)
A structured presentation that provides some macro statistics about the overwhelming volume of baby boomers who are lining up to sell their businesses as compared to the diminishing number of buyers.
SYEON is a proprietary process developed by The Rufus Partnership that provides business owners with a Roadmap to ensure their businesses are “sale ready” and able to achieve maximum value at time of succession or transition. SYEON uses a hands-on approach, which involves The Rufus Partnership working with business owners to implement a process that delivers a solution to maximise sale value.
The process positions a business for sale, whether this sale is by choice or forced and, when combined with correct timing, aims to ensure the business is part of the 5% minority which actually achieves maximum value. The SYEON process is applicable for all businesses whether they are start-ups, rapidly expanding or mature.
Presenter: Simon Clatworthy from The Rufus Partnership
