Role Module 8 – User Admin
The User Admin role
– Each Local Health Community has one or more nominated User Admins, who may be responsible for:
– Processing registrations for new users
– Adding new users
– Assigning roles and permissions to users
– A User Admin should not issue a user with a role other than Viewer in Map Display until the user has received the training for that role
– The User Admin, together with the Programme Manager, should ensure that, when people leave the organisation or move jobs, someone else is appointed to the role so that there is always someone to respond to feedback, prevent expiry of care maps and so on
