The preparation of this Toolkit was supported by the Westminster Foundation for Democracy. Dr. Malinka Ristevska Jordanova and Aleksandar Jovanoski from EPI wrote and prepared this Toolkit. The main objective of this document is to provide policy options for the Members of Parliament and parliamentary staff in Western Balkans for effective scrutiny over the use of EU funds.
