WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of Sep-tember, 2013, pursuant to Section 105 ofthe Town Law and Section 181 of the TownLaw, the Board of Fire Commissioners ofthe Wading River Fire District confirmedthat the Annual Fire District Budget Hear-ing will be conducted with reference to the
Annual Fire District Budget for fiscal year2014 on Tuesday, October 15, 2013, com-mencing at 7:00 P.M., at Fire Headquar-ters located at 1503 North Country Road,Wading River, New York, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Fire Com-missioners is required to adopt a pro-posed budget at least twenty-one (21)days before October 15, 2013, so that itis available for public inspection prior tothe budget hearing.
NOW, therefore, BE IT RESOLVEDthat the Board of Fire Commissionersof the Wading River Fire District hasadopted a proposed Annual Fire Dis-trict Budget for 2014 as of this date forpurposes of discussion and review at theBudget Hearing to be held on October15, 2013 and a copy of the proposedbudget is available at the office of theTown Clerks of the Town of Brookhavenand Riverhead and at the office of theWading River Fire District Secretary atFire Headquarters, 1503 North CountryRoad, Wading River, New York where itmay be inspected by an interested per-son during office hours.
