• All boys and girls who enjoy bowling and would like to compete against other schools should attend. See Coach Krenek for more information.

•The PSAT – Wed, October 12, 2011.

•All 10th graders will take the test for free and will be automatically registered.

•Any 9th, 11th or 12th grader may take the PSAT for a fee of $20.

• “Attention Juniors and Seniors interested in Texas A&M University: There will be an A&M information

session on Tuesday, September 27th from 2:40-3:30 p.m. in the THS

auditorium. An A&M recruiter will be presenting to prospective students and will be available to answer questions.

• We hope to see you there.”

• Help develop a common vocabulary and focus by communicating the meaning of RESPECT through your daily actions.

•11th graders are highly encouraged to register so that they have the opportunity to become eligible for a National Merit Scholarship next year.

Car Wash For Travis ProGrad 2012

Travis High School Pro Grad 2012 will be holding a Car Wash on Saturday, September 24th.  It will take place at the Pecan Grove Valero and Holiday Cleaners on FM359 and Plantation Drive from 9:00am to 2:00pm.  All proceeds to benefit the THS Pro Grad 2012.  Students contact Mary Hodges at mary.hodges@yahoo.com to sign up.

• The Travis ProGrad 2012 T-shirts will be on sale in the Commons on Fridays.    The T-shirts are $25 - cash and/or checks made out to THS ProGrad 2012.  We will submit prepaid T-shirt orders later this month and again in October.  

• Students who buy the T-shirt earn $100 in bonus Tiger Bucks, and students who wear their T-shirts on Fridays or when volunteering for a ProGrad activity will earn bonus Tiger Bucks!  Order yours this Friday!
